For this reason, we collect and use personal data only as it might be needed for us to deliver our one-on-one, customized, and proven educational services and websites (Services). In this Privacy Policy (“Policy”), we describe how we collect information that we obtain from you, and how we use and disclose that information.
Our Policy also describes the measures we take to protect the security of the information because we take your privacy seriously. It tells you how you can contact us to get answers to questions you may have about our privacy practices. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully.

The Information We Collect From You
We may collect Personal Information about you directly from you or other ways such as online, user´s activities, transactions, and completion of surveys, or other similar types of consults. We may also obtain the date, time, and content of messages in the course of your use of our products or services as well as any transcripts or material provided during phone conversations, real-time or virtual sessions.
Information regarding any student that is a minor must only be provided by the student’s parent or legal guardian

We use your information, including your personal information, for the following purposes:
- To communicate with you about our educational services to respond to your inquiries, and for other customer service purposes.
- To tailor the content and information that we may send or display to you, to offer location customization, and personalized help and instructions, and to otherwise personalize your experiences while using Firat Education’s Site and Services.
- Share students’ progress and academic work with tutors and parents.
- For marketing and promotional purposes. For example, we may use your information, such as your email address, to send you news and newsletters, special offers, and promotions, or to otherwise contact you about products or information we think may interest you.
- To manage everyday business needs, such as administration and improvement of our Services.
- To better understand how users access and use our Site and Services, both on an aggregated and individualized basis, to improve our Site and Services and respond to user desires and preferences, and for other research and analytical purposes.

“Personal Information” means personally identifiable information and includes, for example, parent name; student name; street address; zip code, e-mail address; phone number, credit card and other payment information; information regarding your academic and extracurricular activities and interest that may directly or indirectly identify you; and other information that may identify you as an individual or allow online contact with you.
We have implemented commercially reasonable precautions to protect the personal information we collect from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware that despite our best efforts, no data security measures can guarantee 100% security. In the case of a security breach, Firat Education will take the appropriate steps to inform you of this breach and remedy it.
Sharing with trusted third parties
We may share your personal data with affiliated companies within Firat Education as necessary for them to perform services on our behalf. Trusted third party service providers allow us to integrate their services into our own Services. We use third party services such as:
- Processing credit card payments
- Communicating with you, such as by way email delivery
- Customer relationship management
We only share your personal data as necessary for any third party to provide the services as requested or as needed on our behalf. These third parties (and any subcontractors) are subject to strict data processing terms and conditions and are prohibited form utilizing, sharing, or retaining your personal data for any purpose other than as they have been specifically contracted for.
Training
As of the effective date, all Firat Education employees and contractors who deal directly with students have been trained on Firat Education’s Standard Privacy Procedures as it relates to your personal information and data. For information regarding our training, please contact us.
